SLOT DRAINS

Slot Drain® is made to suit your special requirements. Slot Drain® provides drainage solutions that are durable, easy to clean, sanitary, corrosion and temperature resistant, load rated and odor eliminating. Slot Drain® is the most durable, sanitary and cost-effective drainage system available. After an independent 72-hour test, our drains harbored significantly less bacteria than traditional grated drains before any cleaning procedures.

Slot Drain® is a one-piece, built-in sloped, open floor drain/surface drain system that is superior in many ways. The linear slot eliminated grates that can be weak, trap bacteria and are difficult to clean. Slot drains® provide a cost effective, easy to clean drain system.

CLEANING and SANITIZING

Regular Cleaning – Cleaning Paddle & Brush
The cleaning paddle is the simplest way to perform regular drainage cleaning. You just insert the paddle, twist 90 degrees and move it along the drain to clear the debris.

Clean in Place (CIP)
CIP is a method of cleaning that is commonly used in hygiene critical industries. Slot Drain® does not have gratings of any kind, which makes CIP much easier as there are no grates to remove. It is ideal for facilities that require frequent cleaning and sanitation.

Flushing – Flush Flo Option
This system is connected to a water line and can be operated with a timer or flushed manually. For manual cleaning, you can open a valve to let water flush and clean the drain immediately, or you can set a timer to clean the drain automatically at a predetermined time, such as the end of a shift. The Flush Flo system is highly recommended for the food and beverage processing industry which needs to clean its drains frequently to avoid contamination.
